Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival this year with Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur where this year,  Chef Lo welcomes you with their old time favourites and new flavours handmade mooncake .

Recognised by his talent in creating the delicate bite of savouries , Chef Lo comes up with the variety mooncake  where one of its signature is the Baked to Snow Skin.

The Baked Mooncake here are the married between the traditional meets modern concept where one can enjoy the awesome-licious mooncake with creativity.  This year, back with popular demands includes the Bamboo Charcoal with Assorted Nuts, and the Scarlet Baked Snow Skin with Pandan and Salted Egg Bean Paste. For those who love some classics, enjoy the halal-certified baked mooncakes which includes the White Lotus Paste with Single Egg Yolk, Pure White Lotus Paste with Nuts, Shanghai Mooncake with Single Egg Yolk and Golden Jade.

For those who love Snow Skin Mooncake, a MUST go is the Pure Durian with Salted Caramel Chocolate Snow Skin. Using the pure durian flesh, the luxurious treat is not to be missed. Other snow skiin, this bold and rich flavour layered with handmade salted caramel is a luxurious treat not to be missed. Other snow skin delights are Sesame Snow Skin with Japanese Purple Potato and Green Tea and Marble Snow Skin with Pandan Paste and Single Egg Yolk. For those opting for more interesting texture and flavours, the Roselle Snow Skin with Cheese and Spirulina Paste is a slight sour relish well-balanced by the tangy spirulina paste for a lovely bite that is additionally dense with good nutrients. Snow skin varieties are priced from RM 28 per piece.
