Recipe: Carrot Cake with All in One Philips Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 3 eggs
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 3 cups shredded carrots ( around 5-6 medium carrots)
– 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts


Method:
1. Grease the pressure cooker inside with some oil
2. Put all the ingredients except the carrots and walnuts and I use Philips Food Processor to blend all the ingredients
3. Add in the carrots and walnuts and use the spatula to mix them evenly
4. Pour them all into the AIO Pressure Cooker
5. Choose the Bake Function –> Cake
6. Your cake be ready after 40 minutes
